Clint & Carrie Hughes

When I met with Carrie, I was so excited to see what would come of her wedding. Her vision was beautiful. Soft lavenders, vibrant reds, and shades of gray. Different and risky, but her plan was executed without flaw. She had a dress made for her, and it was perfect.. simple, but elegant, with a charming lavender bow. Clint and Carrie got married at the Louise Hopkins Underwood Center filled with meeting rooms, art studios, and visual art galleries. It was such an awesome location to shoot at, not only because it was new for me, but because they held their ceremony in the 160 seat theatre which was SO unique! Favorite part of the wedding? Carrie was ALL smiles the whole day. I love happy brides. Thanks to Matthew Harris for being my ever-so-helpful second shooter. Trevor and I hit it off immediately. He's such a killer conversationalist with such quirk. :) This is Noelle, his sister (absoluuuuuutely gorgeous), and him in their hometown. The two of them had planned on surprising their mom with photos of themselves for Christmas. They were both awful at not giving away obvious clues (haha), but in the end, it worked out. Their mom was completely surprised. I hear even tears were shed at "the opening" at Christmas. YAYY!! Happy tears are possibly my favorite reaction to seeing a photo. It's physical evidence of what's taking place in their heart and mind. Hope these images please the eye.. Enjoy!

Lauren DOUGLASS- Bridals

What can I say? This freckled girl is GORGEOUS!! When I took Curt & Lauren's engagements, I got so excited to shoot Lauren in her dress. My location choices for her bridals were solely focused on her flawless red hair... couldn't get enough. This beauty got married on December 19th. Keep checkin' back for wedding photos!! :)
