Gabe + Amaris

This bride and groom are pretty fantastic. I had the sweet opportunity of flying out to Colorado Springs to see friends I hadn't seen in almost a year from YWAM, and it was SO good. Gabe is the firecracker with a a genuine serious side than can tackle controversial, mind-boggling topics for HOURS! Amaris is a semi-reserved thinker/writer that has her opinion but will only share it when invested in and shown someone cares about her thoughts. Gabe cared.. and invested.. night after night in the Herrnhut Castle art room/attic. They would talk for HOURS. Once they would finally came down from the attic, they would mayyyyyybe grab a bite to eat for dinner, and then they were off again.. on long walks in the German woods. Gone for hours. Fellow YWAMers missed them, but I think we all knew this God-ordained friendship was no longer just a friendship... which brings us to this beautiful day in Colorado where Gabe and Amaris were brought together in marriage, united as one forever. Gabe walked away from their wedding celebration with a PRECIOUS blonde on his arm, and Amaris walked away with THE coolest name ever obtained: AMARIS MORNINGSTAR. :) Here are a few images from this gorgeous weekend: (p.s. Thanks to Paige Kimble for being my AWESOME second shooter!)
