Matthew & Taylor

Matt and Taylor are as SWEET as can be. Taylor and I have been talking wedding plans via phone for a while. She lives in the Houston area and called me a few months ago, and ever since, I've been ITCHING to meet in person and photograph their pretty little faces. Welp, the time rolled around for their engagements, and we finally met in person to discuss her big day in November. hah.. Details. We talked details. I love love me some wedding details, and living through my brides and their insane creativity. And over the months, some of the details of her wedding changed. Ok, a lot of them changed. They went from awesome to AWESOMER, and I'm even MORE excited than I was before. ASDLFKjlncdiuicenakjsld!!! (rush of ridiculous excitement) So soak in their engaged cuteness, and brace yourself for even more cuteness come November. :)

Taylor claimed that Matt had the long lashes, but pffff. look at these!

hehe.. she is so petite. He just towers over her and she fits so perfectly resting her head on his chest... or being an arm rest?

i must say, Matt was pretty fantastic at fake laughing AND fake sleeping. haha too much fun..

..and last, but not least, I told M & T they were pretty kissers. I love when couples kiss pretty.

Pruitt Wedding

Ahh! What a FUN wedding! I met Kathleen a few years ago at Indiana Avenue Baptist Church, and sadly, we hardly stayed connected until, one day, I received a message with the news of her engagement! I was THRILLED to have her hire me and meet her family and soon-to-be-husband. I shot Kathleen's bridals in downtown Fort Worth in mid-March, and this girl was such a trooper in the Texas heat. It was even HOTTER on her wedding day, but the wedding party and family were such good sports. So many times, I'd walk into the bride's room or where the groom and groomsmen were getting ready and find someone standing in front of a giant oscillating fan. hah It was great...such a wonderful day! Introducing Justin and Kathleen Pruitt! :) Enjoy!!

Here are a few details from the day. I LOVED that Justin's card to Kathleen said "My Bride". So so sweet.

Check out dancing Gma! I told you she was feisty. ;) The reception was a blast.. dancing & cupcakes? What could be better?

The ribbon bracelet on Kathleen's wrist was given to her by Justin right before the wedding. It was beautiful, simple, and went with her Grandmother's pearls perfectly.
